Most projects are delivered within one to two weeks after the shoot, depending on the complexity and number of final images. We’ll confirm a timeline during the planning phase.
Absolutely. All images are delivered with a commercial usage license tailored to your project. We can also discuss exclusive rights or extended licensing if needed.
All services provided by Candyscapephotography are subject to the following terms. By booking a session or commissioning a project, you agree to these conditions. They are designed to prevent misunderstandings and ensure a clear working relationship.
Scope of work. Every project is defined by a written brief agreed upon before the shoot. Any additional requests made on the day may incur extra charges or require a separate booking. Revisions to the final selection are limited to two rounds unless otherwise stated in your contract.
Usage rights. Unless a full buyout is purchased, images are licensed for the specific use stated in the brief (e.g., website, social media, print campaign). Commercial resale or sublicensing of the photographs is not permitted without explicit written consent.
Cancellation & rescheduling. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is free if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
Delivery timeline. Edited images are delivered within 10 business days after the shoot. Expedited delivery (3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Raw files are not provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Liability. Candyscapephotography is not responsible for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that a shoot cannot be completed, a full refund will be issued, and liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected session.
